    “If it’s not Kate what is it?” Bette’s persistence broke down her resolve. “It is Kate, but it’s not what you think. I’m not attracted to her. I hate her …” Tina broke into tears as the emotional stress bubbled up inside her. Bette moved off the bed and paced around the room trying to

    Tina broke into tears as the emotional stress bubbled up inside her. Bette moved off the bed and paced around the room trying to keep herself under control anticipating what was coming next. Her insecurities had quickly turned to anger at Tina and at the situation that she was powerless to do anything about because her partner hadn’t confided in her.

    “Has she hurt you Tee? If she’s touched a hair on your head I swear I’ll kill her.”

    “Bette please don’t be upset. She hasn’t hurt me not like that. She’s made passes and she’s said things. She’s made no secret of the fact that she’s still hung up on me. She taunts me with our past. I’m sorry I didn’t know how to tell you. I haven’t told anyone. I just thought if I could get through the next couple of months on the location shoot we’d finish the project and then I wouldn’t have to work with her anymore. I didn’t mean to push you away. I didn’t even realize I was doing it.”

    “It’s a symptom of sexual abuse Tee. The woman is preying on you. You don’t really see how it’s affecting you until you take yourself out of the situation. Believe me it took years of therapy for me to realize all the after-effects of having been a victim.”

    “Bette this isn’t the same as what Jodi and Amy did to you.”

    “Don’t be naïve Tina. It’s the precursor. She’s on a power trip and the more leeway you give her the more aggressive she’ll get.”

    “I don’t believe that Kate would ever physically hurt me.”

    “She’s playing mind games with you Tina and that’s just as damaging as the physical abuse. She’s sexually harassing you and using her position of power as the director to hold you hostage. You can’t allow her to manipulate you Tee. I still don’t understand how you could keep something like this from me Tina.”

    “I thought I could handle it myself. Kate and I were friends once. I didn’t know she would take it so far.”

    2. So glad that Bette has decided to take matters into her own hands and investigate that crazy little witch. Shades of adele and jodi. Glad her mess is about to come to a halt and in doing this I hope Bette can bring criminal charges and prevent the idiot from ever directing anything ever again. Let her crawl back under that rock she crawled from. And it will also put a stop to William as well. Love your continued nightly postings. Hope you’re feeling generous again tonight.     3. Tina is lucky that Kate has not been violent to this point. That’s probably about to change. At least the movie is wrapped up so it’s time to blow Kate Arden to smithereens.

    7. I’m still a little in the ‘bang heads’ mind set mode and find myself talking to Tina and Bette as I read. Sad really but glad Tina listened and told Bette. Equally I’m delighted Bette is now in kick ass mode.

    10. Come on Tina, get the hell away from that woman. Tina is naive to think that she can handle Kate alone. Her stubborn attitude is going to put her in danger; i.e. date rape or worse. I am not sure that she is the partner Bette needs. Tina needs to know that she has the world at her command with Bette. She can make her mark in the movie business and get to come home to Alex and Bette. I am glad that Bette is willing to use her “pull” to protect Tina. Hopefully she can get the dirt on William and Kate.

    12. Finally my comments/prayers were answered and Tina talk to Bette!
      Now is time for Bette to kick box Kate’s ass to some frozen lake in Canada.Then the thin ice is going to break and the biatch will be gone!!
      I hope Bette will surprise Tina at the wrap up party in time to put a stop on Kate’s plan to attack Tina.
