    Tina, on her side, has already decided that she wants to rent a nice apartment that they have already visited; it was located at the east, across the street   that surrounded the university and close to the biology department; she knew that Bette didn’t have the money and that the brunette had a lot of pride and she wouldn’t allow Tina to pay the whole rent, so the blonde decided to talk to her mother about that. At that time Mani has already visited and made acquaintances with Bette’s parents and siblings; and when Tina told her about the apartment search, and the difficulty for Bette to pay her part of the rent, Mani called Maxine and both mothers had a long conversation on how they will take care of the rent of the apartment for their daughters.

    The night before Bette has to give an answer to the Social assistant of the on-campus housing, she received a call from her mother, who initially nagged her for not telling her lodging situation,  but she also told her that she will take care of half of the rent in case Bette decided to move off campus with Tina, Bette was surprised that her mom knew all the details about her conversation with the social assistant, though Maxine told her she has already chatted with Mani, the brunette suspected that there was something else behind her mother’s offer.

    After choosing the apartment and canceling their on-campus lease, they received a 15-day notice to move out, so then the only things that were left is to get the appropriate furniture; again there was a sad face on Bette, she didn’t have the money to buy anything, and it was surprising when Tina told her that there was furniture stored in the closed rooms in her mother’s house and that Mani told Tina that they can take whatever they wanted to their new apartment.

    The next days, with the help of their friends, they move bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture and finally, they packed their own belongings to take them to the new apartment.

    Their last day living on campus, they had lunch with their friends in the cafeteria, it was the time when James was chased by the young Howie and Alice had already her eyes on Dana. That day, Bette was wearing short pants and a sleeveless blouse while Tina had a short skirt and a T-shirt.

        Yes, I’m going step by step, but I have made the commitment to getting well.
        I have also made a commitment with myself of never leave a story unfinished, so I will finish this (as painful it is for me) before I post the new one.
