We manage to arrive at the function which is on the other side of Washington in a very swish hotel and are only 10 minutes late. These events are usually fairly well stage managed and the big executives expect to get the most access to me and my staff. I can do this well because I have done it for so long. I spend 20 minutes talking to the CEO – Kit is fairly close by and CJ is a part of the conversation. After the CEO leaves CJ looks at me
“You okay ?”
“Yeah “
“You look tired “
“I miss my wife and Ella slept with me and she kicks “
CJ laughs “That’s sweet “
“I can’t help it “
“I am sorry about this Holly business Madam President “
“Look – its not your fault. Ideally I would be happy if she wasn’t here and probably making plans for my ass “
“She’s a very beautiful women “
“Steady on CJ – we haven’t converted you yet and I would be very disappointed if Holly
managed to “
“I think I am immune “
“I hope you don’t get harassed for being one of the straight gals “
“No – do you want me to find out if she has arrived yet ?”
“No – she will be here – she’s angling for an invite to meet Tina “
“That would be fun “
“Tina’s not threatened by her – bless her – she is secure enough in our relationship and knows that I am not dumb enough to let Holly get close to me “

Thanks for the update – really appreciate it. Have a great vacation and enjoy your self totally – don’t even think about writing. But when you return to the Lwing please please please have Bette show this woman the door fast.
I can’t wait to see what happens when Holly arrives. Even with all the protection Bette has I’m concerned that she will somehow get to Bette. I just hope Bette is prepared to put her in her place…
