Bette helps Tina down from her perch on the strong thighs but doesn’t let go until Tina finds her footing. He’d explained in the text that what they were about to see was a composite of the messenger based on the description they’d given him earlier. Starting with a three dimensional full body image of Eric Peters, the clean-cut well-groomed blonde with the piercing blue eyes and movie star looks and using a specialized computer software to make the physical changes, Trevor’s forensic artist was able to transform Eric Peters into a very credible likeness of the man they believed committed the robberies.
When Tina viewed the image downloaded to Bette’s iPad she couldn’t believe it was the same man she’d dated for over two years. The computer generated transformation was so lifelike had she passed him on the street she would not have recognized him. In addition to the facial changes they also altered the full bodied image to include the paunch and the limp which the artist was able to simulate using animation. The technology was truly amazing and enough to convince Tina that it was very possible that Eric was the man that the witnesses had identified as the messenger that picked up the Lez Girls film containers from the labs in both Los Angeles and Canada. Now they just had to prove it.
