    B&T – College Life – 3rd Installment:”I love you,” she’d said.
    Three little words bearing an incalculable measure of contentment.

    “Thanks.”

    “No problem. You keep your head up, Tina. It’ll get better.”

    “Hope you’re right.”

    Gina smiled, her red lips framing a soft and loving tanned face. “I’m never wrong. And by the way…Jeff wants you to sort those contracts in order of expiration date and then he wants you to review them and tell him which ones have special clauses.”

    Tina smiled. “God, you just saved my life.”

    Gina shrugged. “Well….he was making it more complicated than it really is. I usually have to do it, but I’ve got my hands full right now. Jeff likes to be in charge, so he wanted to tell you what to do. Even though he hasn’t got a clue.”

    “Thanks again.”

    “Please. Stop thanking me. Maybe one day I’ll have you run a scene with me from my acting class. That’ll make us even.”

    “Any time.”

    Gina gave a warm smile before clicking her way back across the tile. She paused in the doorway and said, “Whoever he is, maybe you should go and give him a call. Seems like you can’t keep your mind off of him.”

    And then she was gone.

     

     

    “Hello?” asked Kit.

    “Kit, it’s Janice.”

    A gentle jubilance coated Kit’s tone as she replied, “Hey there. How are you?”

    “I’m great. How are you? I hear you’re preparing to make me a grandmother before long.”

    Kit chuckled. “You hear right. I’m 5 months along and I’m having a boy.”

    “Congratulations! Are you excited?”

    “More nervous than excited right now.”

    “Oh, that will pass. Do you need anything right now? Are you planning a shower?” asked Janice.

    “I’m great. I don’t need a thing. There’s no shower in the works right now. Mama wants to throw one, but I’m not really into those things. I don’t want to be the beached whale on display.”

    “Nonsense. You sound just like your sister,” Janice chuckled.

    “Great minds think alike. How is my baby sister?”

    “She’s doing really well, Kit. Fantastic really.”

    Curious as to why this phone call would occur out of the blue, Kit asked, “Are you sure? You’re sure everything’s okay.”

    “It is. I just…I was wondering if you’d talked to your Dad.”

    5. Awww MTS, you just made our day brighter! B’s reunion with Damon was very charming. They have been through a lot and they are sincerely bonded as close friends. Hmmm As for B meeting Debbie in the flesh, it was quite an experience for her, as they both share the same uncomprehension from some members of their families. Janice is being more perceptive of her daughter and we could appreciate her concern about B missing his father. B&T’s conversation was so sweet and honest, as usual. We smiled when Tina’s green monster of jealousy was so evident, while learning about Debbie. But above all, you can breathe and feel the magic of their love. You are taking us into a wonderful ride.     19. Hello MTS, Great to have another wonderful piece of this puzzle from Your. I just adore the reality of Bette and Tina’s love for each other here. These girls so belong, willingly, to each other. There is not a question of that. And it is something that everyone around them can realize. David saw it, Debbie saw and even Gina saw it. They are so affected by each other that even 3000 miles can not quench their love and attraction. The night time calls are so sweet and precious. Can’t wait to reac more of this terrific tale.     26. Just reread the entire series and its still as good as the first time i read it. I see its been several years since your last post, but i hope you still find your way back to us one day and finish this great little tale. Until then, i guess we will have to use our imagination! Thanks, MTS!
