“What!?”

“That’s you being controlling!”

“It is not!”

“Oh really, because I find it amazing how God can have ten commandments for the entire world and you have 52 just for how to properly place milk in the damn fridge!” There arguing had grew so intense neither one considered the officers and department heads could hear every word being slayed back and forth. Not knowing what to do they sat in silence staring at each other not because they felt uncomfortable but because they all wanted to be nosy and enjoy the show!

“Excuse me for wanting to be neat and not a slob!”

“I am not a slob!”

“You are too hell because of you I damn near broke my ankle one day getting out of the shower!”

“Hey, don’t try and blame me that was not my fault!”

“Who takes off their eyes lashes and then sticks them to the tile inside the shower you know how much I hate spiders!” She surprised herself because it was at that moment she couldn’t hold back her laughter. She remembered that day like it was yesterday she was sitting on the edge of their bed watching Married With Children when Bette suddenly burst out of their bathroom. She was soaking wet, covered in soap, and the string to her orange loofa was stuck between her butt cheeks.

“Oh so me hurting myself is funny to you!?”

“To think when we broke up, “she begins not wanting to admit that’s exactly what she was laughing at, “The very first night I had this really bad dream that you got ran over by a bus and it left me feeling depressed.” Hearing she had an unflattering dream about her getting injured caused her to soften up a bit.

“Oh really that is sad, “she says feeling like crap suddenly.

“No the sad part was me getting fired for driving the bus!”

“Go to hell!”

“Fine, but not before you do!”

“Damn, that was cold, “LTG Williams says.

“It sounds like things are getting worse.”

“You’re the gun boss Foster why not break out some of those GI Joe with Kung Fu grip tactical moves and break it up.”

“Me, hell everything I know I learned it from you Gunnery Captain.”
