The blonde smiles shaking her head.

Tina – Believe me, you don’t look more than 35!

Kit smiles broadly.

Kit – I like you already, Miss Tina!  I think we can make this work!

Tina – I hope so, Kit! Your ranch is even more stunning than the pictures revealed. It is just what I was looking for.

Kit – Well, great! Let me show you around then!

Tina – Sure!

Kit – Do you need anything? Restroom, water, coffee, a beer …

Tina – No, I’m fine. Maybe later.

Kit – Yes, we will have brunch soon. Let’s see the property first. I’ll show you the house later.

She directs Tina to the front door. They leave the house.

Western Skies Ranch, late morning: Kit is showing the grounds to Tina. They are walking around the garden on the North side of the house. The blonde takes pictures of the surroundings, the valley below covered in grass land and wild flowers, a rustic cabin semi hidden in the distance, on the North side of the valley, and the mountains in the horizon, beyond the valley.

Kit – And we have all sorts of animals: horses, donkeys, llamas, sheep, chickens, a few heads of cattle … and even bees!

Tina – Wow!

As she turns toward the barn, she notices with displeasure that the cowgirl is brushing Charlie outside the stable, while appearing to talk to the horse. The cowgirl is facing East and does not see the two women behind her in the distance.  Tina zooms in with her camera to better view the stable. And as an afterthought, she takes a picture of the two – after all, Charlie’s beauty is worth the shot!

Tina – How many employees do you have, Kit?

Kit – Not many, not more than ten. Technically, we don’t have employees. All of us own a piece of the ranch. Some more, some less.

Tina – It’s admirable!

Kit – We are a small community here. Everyone works toward a common goal, from the cowboys to the cook.

Tina is watching the cowgirl again.

Tina – To the cowgirl over there …

Kit – Who?

Tina – I can see that you are innovative in more than one way.
