Tina – Morning, Kit!

The ranch owner turns around and smiles.

Kit – Morning, Tina! Have you seen my little baby llama?

She points to a mom and baby llama a few feet away. The baby is up and already walking around following the mom.

Tina – Very cute!

Kit approaches the blonde.

Kit – He was born last night! A difficult birth!

Tina – They keep you busy around here, Kit!

Kit – Actually, Bette helped with that one! She is better at it!

Tina – Oh … I thought she was at the cabin yesterday.

Kit – She was! I asked Danny to go fetch her. I think she may stay there until you guys are gone!

She laughs. She looks down at Tina’s right foot with curiosity.

Kit – Is that a tattoo?

Tina lifts her foot and places it higher up on the wooden fence.

Tina – Yeah …

Kit – It’s so pretty!

Tina – It’s a lotus flower.

Kit – I also have a tattoo … a butterfly … but I can’t show you!

She winks. Tina laughs.

Western Skies Ranch, morning: The cast and crew are filming a scene near the boulder that Tina previously climbed. In the scene, Wendy’s character, Sarah, and Mario’s character, Carlos, a young Hispanic man, unexpectedly meet while she is enjoying a horse ride. Tina discusses the scene with Brian and the two actors.

Tina – We need to convey the attraction between the two, even if Carlos resents her wealthy background, and she is uneasy around him at first.

Brian – I think that Carlos is very contentious in this scene.

Mario – Me too!

Tina – Yes, he sees her as a spoiled rich girl and can’t accept being attracted to her. But he is!

Wendy jokingly slaps Mario’s arm.

Wendy – And Sarah sees him as an arrogant employee of her father’s ranch.

Tina – Correct. But she is curious about him.

Mario grins.

Mario – You can’t help it, little brat!

He grabs her by the waist. She laughs.

Brian – OK, let’s start!

Several takes are made. During breaks, the producer spends time looking down at the valley with her binoculars, searching for interesting places to pursue. She sees smoke coming out of the cabin chimney.
