She rides away at a swift trot toward the valley. She faces the sun and sighs deeply, closing her eyes with a smile on her face.

Tina – I needed this, Minnie!

Western Skies Ranch, afternoon: Tina sits on top of a boulder enjoying the sun and the view while Minnie grazes in the field below. She drinks water and eats a pear, looking pensive. She gazes at the cabin in the distance and a smile appears on her face.

Bette’s cabin, afternoon: Tina and Minnie gallop to the cabin. She lets Minnie loose and walks up to the front door. It opens before she knocks. Bette has a towel on her shoulder and is wearing sandals, shorts and a tank top. The brunette looks surprised. The blonde smiles.

Tina – Hi! Were you leaving?

Bette – Yeah …

Tina – Were you going swimming?

The rancher frowns.

Bette – How do you know?

Tina – Uh …

She points to the towel on the brunette’s shoulder.

Bette – Ahh …

Tina – May I go with you?

Bette raises an eyebrow.

Bette – Sure …

She closes the door behind her and leads the blonde to the pond through the narrow trail.

Bette – The pond is not far away.

She looks back.

Bette – What brings you here?

The producer shrugs.

Tina – Uh … I went for a ride … trying to destress …

Bette – Too much work?

Tina – Yeah … long hours …too much coffee …

She sighs.

Tina – I needed to spend time with Minnie …

She chuckles.

Tina – … and then I thought that Minnie would rather spend time with Charlie.

They reach the pond. She climbs the boulder next to the pond and spreads her arms.

Tina – So here I am!

She takes in the view of the pond from that vantage point. The brunette looks up and joins her at the top of the rock.

Tina – Beautiful!

Bette – Yeah …

The blonde sighs deeply and closes her eyes.

Tina – So peaceful …

She opens her eyes.

Tina – Go ahead and take the plunge! I’ll stay here a while longer … if you don’t mind.
