    Get the light. She had brought Tina to the light switch. She flips it off. Bette then carries her to the bedroom and places her on the bed. She stands and strips her own clothes off in front of Tina. Tina removes her robe and tank top showing Bette her breasts and lays back down.

They both gasp when they touch as if for the first time and not sure why it felt different. Perhaps it was their future being much more clear to them now. The trust, the love, and the need for each other were all there coming together like pieces to a puzzle. They were in unison.

    A week went by and it was Friday afternoon. They were home early because Bette had a doctor’s appointment earlier that day to hear more about the egg harvesting and checking if Bette’s eggs were fertile enough to harvest. They were relaxing and watching a movie while trying to absorb what they had been told when the doorbell rang.

    Damn you Alice. Bette says as she gets up. Not looking she swings the door open…Alice!

    Only it wasn’t Alice. He had his back to the door with his hands in his pockets, a fair-haired young man who was the last person she was expecting to see standing on the doorstep. Her first thought was something was wrong. Jeffery!

    He turned with a smile on his face. A smile he always carried just like Tina. Hey sis.

    Jeffery. She smiles and reaches to hug him. Is everything ok?  She brings him in the house. Babe!

    Yeah everything is ok. But no one knows I’m here. He says just as Tina walks over.

    Jeffery? She jumps in his arms and he swings her around.

    What are you doing here? You’re alone? She looks behind him.

    They step back. Both Tina and Bette were at a loss. Neither was sure what was going on. You said no one knows you’re here. Why is that? Bette asks. Tina looks from Bette to Jeffery having not heard that part earlier.

    Yeah. Jeffery puts his hands in his pockets again. Yeah well I was wanting to…uhmm. Bette could see something was up and she had never seen Jeffery like this before. He seemed nervous around them, which was out of character for him.

          I’ve been in sole Lockdown here in UK since last March and only seen my little Great Granddaughter a couple of times
