Here’s the excerpt from my exclusive interview with Anne Ramsay (who played Robin on The L Word) that, unfortunately, was never published.

B&TF: So, let’s talk about your recent projects. You told me you just wrapped up an episode of Castle.
AR: Yes, I’m sorry you couldn’t make it.
B&TF: I know, I really wanted to because I like the show. I watched the first season and then Laurel Holloman was in episode 201. She was only there for a few minutes but it’s still something.

AR: So it wasn’t a big role?
B&TF: No, just a guest star. She was playing a wife of a murdered man. She did a really good job.
AR: She’s great.
B&TF: She is. Tell me a little about the role and how it was working with Nathan (Fillion) and Stana (Katic).
AR: Oh, my Gosh. They couldn’t have been sweeter, more supportive people to work with. I mean, really, really down to earth and great. Both of them just saying really nice things to me, just very supportive and I really appreciate that. I actually find that I can do better work when people are generous like that and kind, you know what I mean? It puts me at ease.
B&TF: Sounds like neither of them were divas.
AR: They are both obviously secure and they have a great rapport too. They are wonderful in between scenes and takes and what not. Both of them have a wonderful way about them and together, so you know they are secure and happy people in their jobs and in everything. They can just be sweet to everyone, even the weekly guest stars who come on their show and it just benefits all of us.
