Bette: So, are you saying you are well covered for your school green fees or do we need to make an adjustment in your allowance?

Daniel:  Oh, I am more than well covered. But I am buying a bottle of water before and after the going on the course. I bought some for John David as well. He didn’t have the correct change to get water from the machine. And the machine takes debit cards. I’m just letting you know where my money is going that’s all. I think I am in good shape.

Bette: That’s good. I’m going to brush my teeth and then we should be ready to go.

Tina: Daniel, let me give you a couple of apples to put in your backpack so you will have a snack it you need it before lunch. Now, go brush your teeth and finish getting ready. We don’t want you to be late.

Daniel smiled and thank his mom. He then ran back upstairs. Tina began to clear the table and clean up the kitchen. She put a load of laundry in before she got started. The family was now getting into a routine and she too would be at her studio by 8:00 and would be getting into those painting she had started last week.

The day for each of the family members went rather routinely as scheduled and planned. Bette had eaten her lunch at her desk as did Holly. Bette wanted to make some changes in her lecture notes before the 2^nd class began. Bette remembered that today was a music day for Daniel so he would not be near as hungry. Daniel’s plan was to take one hour of lessons and then spend a 2^nd hour practicing on his instrument. So, pick up time for Bette was 5:00 pm every day. By the end of the week, Bette had completed all her lecture notes for the entire semester for her undergraduate classes. She had submitted her slide request to George and Grace and the schedule she would need them. She was working more on her graduate class notes. And beginning to formulate the test she would be giving to her classes. All in all, the week went smoothly.

Tina worked diligently on her paintings all week. Some days, it was all she could do to stop working at 4:00 o’clock and go clean up and go home.  Once home she caught up on the laundry and then began dinner. Most of the prep work had been done. She just had to prepare salads to go with meal and a side of vegetables. So, when Bette and Daniel walked in the door, dinner was ready. Bette cleaned the kitchen up and assisted with the laundry. After dinner Daniel went to his room to do his homework and then retired for the evening.
