Tina:  James was always our backup babysitter when Angie was young. He kept her the night that Jenny died and we all went to the police station to be interrogated.

Angie:  He’s cute too.

Tina:  His wife thinks so too.

Daniel laughed. Angie hit him on the arm.

Paris:  Do you know who those two remind me of?

Bette:  Who?

Paris:   Shane and Alice!

Bette:   Yeah, I can see that. Alice is Angie’s “Earth Mother” and Shane is Daniel’s “Earth Mother”.

Tina:  But they are definitely Bette’s children.

Bette:  They got a whole lot of their Mama T in them as well.

Bette:  Well, how about some dessert?

Everyone was full and Bette could tell Paris wanted to get home. Bette called for the check and paid the bill.

Paris:  This has been a nice meal.  We appreciate you inviting us out.  Next time we will pick up the tab.  Tina and Angie, you two have a good time in New York and don’t buy everything you want just everything you need.  Bette and Daniel, we’ll try to get together with you guys and have lunch or dinner sometime next week.  Let us know if we can do anything for you.

Jeanette:  We’ll give you call at the end of the week.  Lovely dinner. Good to see you guys.

Paris and Jeanette then kissed Tina on the check and then Bette and said good night. They walked hand in hand out the door.

Tina:  Are we ready to go?

Everyone got up from the table and walk toward the car. Bette took Tina’s hand and brought it to her lips and kissed it and smiled and then continued hand in hand to the car. Tina got them home in what seemed like a very few minutes.

Tina pulled Daniel aside and asked him to get the packages out of the trunk and go hide them while they were talking to Angie. Daniel went to Bette and said he was going to his room and told her good night.  He went and hug his sister good night and then went to say goodnight to Tina.

Daniel (whispering):  I’m going to the powder room and then I’ll get the packages.  I’ll see you in the morning.  Night Mama.
