Alice: “what’s new Shane?”
Shane: “so, you told Dana”
Alice: “how do you know?”
Shane: “she dumped Tonya and now the bitch is with your ex there in the bar telling everybody how lousy lover Dana was”
Alice stood up and went to the bar to face Tonya, who was talking with other girls.
Tonya: “that stupid and useless tennis player, Dana, I had to break with her, she was unbearable…”
Alice: “Tonya, you’re a filthy bitch, wash your pestilent mouth before you mention her name, you’re a whore, and she broke with you because of that…, why don’t you tell them where those wounds in your face came from?”
Tonya: “… I fell down”
Alice: “on someone’s fist?”
Tonya attacked Alice and the fight began, after a little while, and by the intervention of other girls, they were separated. Next day Dana went to Alice apartment to talk to her.
Dana: (entering the apartment) “hi Alice, what happened on your face?”
Alice: “nothing…”
Dana: “thanks…”
Alice: “what for…”
Dana: “I know, about last night…, in the bar”
Alice: “who told you?”
Dana: “everybody knows”
Alice: “I’m sorry…”
Dana: “Alice…, I’m sorry I told you all those things in Maine”
Alice: “it’s alright, I deserved it”
Dana: “no, you were always my friend… and wanted the best for me”
Alice: “look Dana…, I have to tell you something …, I haven’t been totally sincere with my feelings for you…”
Dana: “neither I was”
Alice: “no…?”
Dana: “you were saying…”
Alice: “huh…, yes, Dana, I have this feeling for a long time, I never thought about it until three days ago in Maine…, Dana, I think I’m in love with you”
Dana: “… good…, because I’m in love with you too…”
Both girls kissed and hugged, they begin to go out together, but this time not as friends but as girlfriends; Alice introduced Dana in the world of real lesbian love, and helped her to face her father, who remove the economic support to her; but that wasn’t an obstacle for two people who love each other, Alice took a second job to help to sustain both, until Dana start playing professionally, and they bought their house and made their life together.

As promised i finally had the time to read your update.
I should have remembered that the guys would take the wrong “girlfriend”. But you always give us so much information it slipped my mind, forgive me.
The girls are getting closer to the solution and when they do i hope all those bastards get what they deserve.
I really loved to read how Alice and Dana became a couple, i hope they will be reunited soon.
Bette took a risk to not inform Tina what her plan was but she was forgiven quickly when she told her she picked up the sample. I hope it took.
