The Most Distant Course
The success or failure of the affair is all due to the very same person. Carmen once helped Sebastian Cooper built up a solid foundation, and now, she’s the one who broke off the two heads of the organization. Even how Cooper didn’t want to believe it, all the evidence was pointing to her, and the investigation was progressed by Justine, it’s hard to not believe the credibility of it.
A few months ago, the boss assigned this job to Jodi, looking forward to one day she can destroy Justine’s momentum. Didn’t know his good-for-nothing stepdaughter is excessive addiction to drugs, skimping her work, sloppily with her mission. Now such an important job was now being taken over by Justine, her impeccable result of work makes the strict boss be rendered speechless, also, it is a huge loss of face for Sebastian Cooper.
Tina’s great intelligence, is something that is like a thorn stab deep in the father-and-daughter’s heart, if it were not for Tina’s smart brain, Sebastian wouldn’t be looking for her for so long, and nor would he used drug to control her, no matter how much she looks like his dead wife.
Even Justine acted beyond her authority and take the liberty of using company resources to investigate. But throughout, ferret out the spy is such an important thing, supposing that Justine didn’t do all of this for Jodi, Sebastian Cooper won’t have fully proved for the undercover is Carmen, lead to even more complicated follow-up matter.
However, there is a serious business he need to deal with first.
“Jodi, you stand back.” The boss says coldly.
“But father, this is my job, please let me do the honor.” Jodi looks at her stepfather.
“Do the honor? After seeing the result, you told me you want to do the honor?” Cooper says coldly. “You are no longer in charge in this job, you can go now.”
“But…”
“You heard me.” Cooper says coldly. “Leave.”
Except for Jodi’s begging sound gradually leaving the room, all the people shut their mouth tight, their heads bow down, waiting for the next call. Tina’s eyebrows furrow tightly, her eyes are cold and empty, she’s the calmest among all, looking at Bette, who is now shivering a bit. But who didn’t?

Hi! Thank you for the chapter!
But i must say i don’t like what happened in this chapter.
First – Tina on grugs again.
Second – like i said earlier i don’t care about Carmen death. But i have suspicion that (spoiler) But in this case obviously that Bette didn’t know anything about this, but i can feel that Sam knew. So Tina trust Sam more than Bette. And for me it death sentence for B&T realationship.
So we will see if i right than

I think my comment got lost in space again! ????
Sad that Carmen had to be taken away by Tina.
How much more can Tina endure? She is a brilliant and strong woman and i am glad that that she has the love and support from Bette. And yes Sam as well.
You left with a cliffie again!ooking forward to the next chapter!

Hi CJ:
Strong chapter, hard to imagine Tina killing Carmen, but in a former chapter, Tina said that she made modifications on her gun (?) Is there something you haven’t write here?
You wrote here what I already suspected reading former chapters, but I wasn’t totally sure, Sebastian Cooper had sex with Tina in the brothel despite recognizing her as her own daughter; that guy is not a man, he is not an animal, he is the damn walking devil, he deserves to be burned alive and slowly; I heard of a few cases like this in real life and always made me sick and there is no excuse for the father, poor Tina.
I like Bette very much, how she trusts, supports and protectsTina no matter what.
Great chapter CJ, keep the good work.
