In every picture, Carmen was talking to one man respectively, some were people in the FBI, some were from the police force, and the picture taking time was happened to be a few days before Cooper’s people got arrested, or the crime stronghold got exposed, but none of them directly pointed out Carmen was working for them.

“Took you long enough, huh?” Tina smiles coldly. “What evidence you call this? Pictures she met with some governments? Or the FBI agent who happened to want some relieve in her brothel? These pictures you called evidence, for me, they are pieces of shit, nothing can prove Carmen de la Pica Morales is a real spy.”

Tina explain everything without looking at the document. Bette can feel her sweat starts to drop down her forehead, even she stays as calm as possible, as a temporary member of the FBI, through reading through the gather material Tina provides, she can surely believe Carmen is ‘L’ by some tiny details only the FBI will know.
