When we finally calmed down and thought things through rationally it occurred to me that the only person capable of doing such a thing was your precious Kate Arden. She has a personal vendetta against me. I informed Aaron of my suspicions and he basically dismissed it and told me get the film back. As I mentioned earlier as the Creative Director he had authority over me in my role as Executive Producer. He told me he didn’t care about our dyke drama and just wanted the film recovered. He threatened to put the full blame on me if I was not successful. He then left the hotel and the next time I spoke to him was briefly at the wrap party. I should have known the son of a bitch would align with Kate. It became even more evident that they were cohorts when I saw my writers sitting at your table. Obviously, Kate and Aaron got to you first but I wonder if you weren’t in on it all along. When you and Kate got on the stage last night and made the announcement about a distributor I was totally blind-sided but it appeared that Aaron was fully on board. So, Aaron do you want to tell me why you barged into my suite yesterday morning like some kind of lunatic accusing me of stealing the Lez Girls movie when you knew damned well that I had nothing to do with it?”

    “I knew no such thing.” Aaron finally spoke up.

    “Then are you saying the negatives are still missing?” Tina asked her subordinate.

    “Yes.” Aaron admitted not having any other recourse.

    “So, this distributor story that you and Kate concocted for William is just a farce?” Tina continued her interrogation knowing everything that was being said in the room was being recorded by the legal team.

    “It was Kate’s idea. When I asked her about the missing negatives she denied any involvement. She was as upset as I was. We didn’t know what you would do. I told her not to say anything to William as there was no need to sound the alarm until we knew what was going on. It came as much as a surprise to me when she and William made the public announcement at the wrap party. I had to save face so I went along.”

To go thru all that she has and still believe that some people are trustworthy and to find out they are not was truly the eye-opener TINA needed to see.TINA came into that ring and bitch slapped those three stooges(larry,curly,and moe)like she was MMA. She showed up and showed out,YES!!.Thinking she would go down without a fight was a HUGE mistake .A woman who stood to lose not only her good name and livelihood but a career she neglected her family for in the process is a dangerous adversary if crossed and that is the one crucial element they forgot to take into account.Now on to the next thrilling episode of TINA and the three stooges.GET’EM.Worth the wait and then some.THANKS,ps.

    7. Left a comment Sunday night, don’t know what happened to it. Said it posted, evidently not. Had said that I agree totally with “dunnthat.” Liked the chapter a lot and you know how much I like Tina, especially when she is ticked off. Just glad she was able to keep her cool and scared the hell out of all those a–holes. With her parting shot at them they don’t know what to think now. Hopefully Bettes’ investigator and attorney can find eric and slap them all in jail. Maybe now one of them will slip up and make that one mistake that will catch them all. For some damned reason they don’t think Tina is smart enough to filter the clues. Hope they can put all of them so far back in a cell, daylight will have to be piped to them. The crooked S.O.B.’s. Thanks for the chapter. Waiting not too patiently for the next one.

        • Sharon, I realize it’s been a couple of years but this story hasn’t been laid to rest yet. I will be back with a conclusion. I just got distracted with another story called Daddy that was on my heart so I had to write it. Thank you for the poke. I will see where I am and revive it soon.

      In this very different World we live in today I have done a complete re-read of this Story!

      Needless to say I have enjoyed it immensely!

      Please, please write a Conclusion for us even if you make it an Epilogue!

      Your Storytelling and the way you write is superb BAT please do not leave us without an ending, it is cold and windy on this Cliffhanger here in Canada :-)

    13. Hi BAT2012, I have been rereading a lot of great fiction about B & T and came across yours. I immediately remembered this one. It’s been 3 almost 4 years since you’ve posted. I got myself all fired up and then was left without closure. Please I need to know how Kate, Eric, Mark, and William get caught, and how Bette, Tina, Alex, and the rest of the family deal with the fallout. How does life get better when they get back to their day to day lives? I am still reading the rest of your work, but would love to see this one come to fruition. Please post soon.
