    Helena raises an eyebrow. Helena – Huh! A girlfriend waiting at home … how posh! Bette – She is visiting. Helena – You could bring her too! Three is never a crowd in my book. Bette – I don’t think so. The English woman smirks. Helena – Maybe next time … Bette returns the smirk.

    The English woman smirks.

    Helena – Maybe next time …

    Bette returns the smirk.

    Bette’s home, late afternoon: Bette comes in carrying a bag of groceries.

    Bette – Tee …?

    She makes her way to the kitchen looking around and quickly places a few items in the fridge, leaving the remaining ones in the bag on the counter. She runs upstairs to her bedroom.

    Bette’s bedroom, late afternoon: Bette enters her bedroom. It looks empty. She steps into the bathroom open door and stops with a smile. Her girlfriend is soaking in the jacuzzi, her eyes closed.

    The brunette approaches the tub and sits on the ceramic outer edge.

    Bette – Is this how you party?

    The blonde gasps. She opens her eyes and smiles.

    Tina – You are always startling me.

    The brunette brushes her lips over the blonde’s.

    Bette – This is what I wanted to do last time I startled you.

    She stands up and attempts to take off her jacket.

    Tina – Don’t! This is my job …

    She lifts the drain stopper and water drains from the tub.

    Tina – I was waiting for you.

    She stands up. The brunette gazes at her naked body in awe.

    Bette – You always take my breath away.

    Tina – Wanna help me dry off?

    Bette – Even if I prefer you wet?

    She grabs a towel.

    Tina – We don’t want to mess up your beautiful suit.

    Bette wraps her in a towel and kisses her lips.

    Tina – I have every intention of taking it off you.

    The brunette helps the blonde step out of the tub and dries her off with adoring eyes: her hair, face, arms, breasts, belly … slowly and gently. The blonde lets herself be adored by her girlfriend, her eyes closed, enjoying the touch.  

    Tina – Mmmm …

    She sniffs the back of her own hand.

      Tina has to learn a lot and who better than Alice can give her a quick lesson about The L Word, but if i was Bette she should hurry back and learn Tina herself about everything.

      We know how Alice can be.

      Thank you for the post!! I was impatiently waiting as always. I’d personally love to see bette surprise tina with a return visit to the set. I imagine they’d still be kept a secret so it would be interesting to see what those two get up to!

    7. May not be an easy transition for Tina. And wondering would Bette have turned down Helena if Tina wasn’t at home waiting.. I sure hope she would have restained..I have a feeling with their to lifes, they will be apart alot and need that trust. Which looks to be hard for Tina just from the conversation with Alice the wheels are turning. And Bette did not tell Tina that Helena wanted dinner in her room..more than a filtration, it was more of an imply. Great chapter.. im sure they will work this all out . Thank you
