“I’m sorry” Bette said feeling guilty upon hearing Tina’s declaration. Deep down she knew there had been nothing to worry about but still she did and that bothered her. “I don’t even know why I asked. I guess it’s just because you two have-“
“History?” Tina asked, completing Bette’s sentence. She saw the confirmation in her girlfriend’s eyes and shook her head. “That’s all it is. I mean I will always be grateful to him because otherwise I wouldn’t have Angie but there’s nothing more to it than that. I want you, Bette. I’m in love with you. Only ever you”
Tears welled up in Bette’s eyes as she smiled up at her girlfriend with so much love and adoration. She cupped the blonde’s beautiful face, “I love you”
“You better” Tina teased, licking at one of Bette’s thumbs as it slid across her lips. She saw the lust return to Bette’s eyes and couldn’t help but chuckle, “That got you going?”
“Maybe”
With another husky chuckle, Tina turned her head to catch the thumb between her lips and slowly sucked on the digit. She watched through mischievous eyes as Bette’s began to darken with her growing desire, further fueling her teasing actions.
“You’re so bad”
“You think so?” Tina husked, lowering her head so that their lips were no more than a whisper away. “How about when I do this?”
She pressed her lips against Bette’s for a deep kiss, her body immediately melting against the brunette underneath her. Tina moaned as Bette’s tongue slipped through her parted lips, her own eagerly coming out to play.
It wasn’t long before they were lost to their desires, each languid stroke of their tongues sending them higher and higher. Tina’s lower body began to grind against Bette in a way that would surely send them both over the edge and soon but the brunette wasn’t ready for that to happen quiet yet.
She rolled them over, her lower body perfectly cradled between Tina’s spread legs as she smirked down at the blonde completely flushed with desire. She grasped both of Tina’s wrists and held them over her girlfriend’s head, arching her back into the blonde underneath her.
Tina gasped at the sensation, “Bette”
“What do you need baby?” Bette asked as she repeated her action, smiling sexily when Tina moaned in response.

About the chapter, Kevin is a nasty piece of ass.
I don’t understand why Tina didn’t tell the truth who was at the door.

I understand why Tina tried be friends with Kevin, but i think she need to stop be so naive about him. She alredy understand it, after his drunk appearance, but maybe it’s too late – he’s already made his plans about Angelica.

I think that Kevin, how stupid he is, understand that no judge gives him custody of Angelica. So i think he might to try another, illegal way to take Ange.

So glad Tina got wise to his lil game to win her back. After ABANDONING Tina and Angie and having NO RELATIONSHIP with his child, I can’t see a Court giving him any rights…he would have to have supervise visitation at best.

Great birthday dinner with the Bracelet and the understanding that a proposal is coming one day…cute! I wished she would have told Bette about Kevin showing up drunk and looking to reconcile, but I understand NOT wanting to ruin their time together after a tough couple of weeks. I know Bette is gonna lose it when she finds out what Kevin is up to. She is very protective of Tina and Angie!
Glad you are feeling better, I had bronchitis in December it is hard on the body…the coughing alone make you so tired and sore. Take care and take all your antibiotics!

Ugh. Kevin is grinding my gears lol! I wish he’d just disappear and let Bette take over as the second parent role officially. Seems as if she has anyway. Ohhhh and I hope that’s a foreshadowing of a soon-to-be proposal! Love your stories. :)

Any chance u would make a sequel out of “as good as it gets” and continue with “never say never”? I am curious what kind of life does Tibette have with Tina become a famous singer and bette as a famous producer in as good as it gets or how Tina could finally fall in love with bette in never say never…i have to say from all of Tibette’s stories that i’ve read only in never say never Tina and Alice was sister.. and it’s quit refreshing..:D
