She watched as Bette bent down to pick up Angie before taking Tina’s hand, all three glowing with complete happiness. Carmen smiled as she brought the microphone close to

    “Alright, let’s give it up for them one more time!” Carmen spoke into the microphone before joining in the series of cheers that filled the room. She watched as Bette bent down to pick up Angie before taking Tina’s hand, all three glowing with complete happiness. Carmen smiled as she brought the microphone close to her mouth, “Before any of the festivities begin, I just want to wish you guys the best in all things to come. It’s been a long road but I’m glad that things worked out the way that they were meant to. I think I speak for everyone here when I say that you both make really beautiful brides. Congratulations again, I love you guys”

    Bette and Tina smiled wide as they spoke in unison, “We love you too, Carmen!”

    The guests cheered and clapped for the happy couple. Angie, who was indeed happy for her mothers, was more than ready to begin celebrating. She pumped her little fist in the air before pointing to Carmen with her other hand, “Okay! Let’s get this party started!”

    Carmen threw her head back in laughter as the rest of the room joined in, focusing on her equipment as she readied her music for a night no one would forget.

    “You heard the girl, let’s get this party started!”

    “Who’s the cutest ring bearer? You are, yes you are” Carmen cooed as she rubbed her nose against baby Nathan’s, earning the most adorable giggle.

    Alice looked on with a smile, agreeing that her son was the cutest. His tiny trousers were being held in place by the smallest pair of suspenders, his crisp white shirt was surprisingly clean. She laughed along with him and Carmen, happy to see her friend bonding with the special little man in her life.

    She lifted the champagne glass in her hand to take a sip, something or rather someone grabbing her attention from the corner of her eye.

    “Don’t look now but Shane is totally making heart eyes at you”

    Carmen placed Nathan on her hip and discreetly glanced in her girlfriend’s direction. Shane bore the cutest lopsided smile, love shining brightly in her eyes. Carmen felt her heart skip a beat before she leaned forward to whisper to Alice despite anyone being too far to overhear their conversation.

    4. Thank you for this story. I was sitting in my office today and reading this one over again. My boss wondered what had me so enthralled lol. I love a happy Tibette ending. It’s something so special about these two. I love them. Inexplicably, because of all the challenges that come their way. They always overcome and that’s what truly matters.
