“Hello Jeffrey. It’s been long time” Kit voiced with affection as she walked into his open arms for a warm loving embrace. “Way to long my Princess”. In the seven years that Bette and Kit had left the suffocating shelter of “mommy’s” clutches, life had been more relaxed and care free. “I don’t need to ask why you are here”, Kit managed to say in her most humble voice. Kit stood back a few inches to gaze upon the man that became a father figure to her when their father passed away unexpectedly at the tender age of when girls needed guidance to the understanding of men versus women. Memories of pigtails, skinned knees, broken hearts and a nagging little sister came rushing back to her; a recollection of mixed happiness and sadness. Looking into the eyes of wisdom, grey hair was honoring his temples, smooth wrinkles shielding his face and the proud gleam of bachelorhood ringing true; even though Bette and Kit both knew something was happening between their mother and him. “So, where is the lovely Mrs. Porter? Because I know she is never too far behind”.
“Always the lady I see. Glad to know nothing has changed”. A dignified voice traveled from behind Jeffrey’s back to Kit’s ears and as he stepped aside to reveal a beautiful wise woman, Kit realized that their new found life had suddenly come to an end. “Mother, it’s a pleasure to see you”, Kit said as she graced her mother’s cheeks with her lips. Mrs. Porter could feel a breeze in the humid air as Kit’s demeanor suddenly exhibited the tension that was sure to come with this visit. “I am not here to cause friction Kit. I love you both”. There was never a doubt to the depth of their mother’s love, it was the way it which she expressed it. “Bette doesn’t know that I’m here, but its time”. With worried eyes, Kit welcomed Jeffrey and Mrs. Porter into Bette and Tina’s home. As Kit closed the door behind her she mumbled, “Trouble just happens to be your middle name mother. Because of whom we are trouble seems to find us every where”. Kit escorted them both to the living room that was occupied with Alice, Dana, Shane and Tina. “Please take a sit and I will get Bette”. Kit wasn’t ready for this and she was sure that Bette wouldn’t be happy with who was lounging in her living room; especially without being invited first. Along the corridor leading to the bedroom, Kit was repeatedly saying one word, “Shit”. It was time for both of them to face the eventual dreaded judgment day with their mother. Bette was not going to like this at all.

March 19th? I wonder why you choose this date…….LOL…..Another great chapter…..I know that you not going to end this soon…..There’s so much more to EXPLORE…….I like the fact that Bette is a queen but what do that make Kit…….BTW……I know why you hear the sound of my voice in your head!!!!!!

The length was just fine. :) I can see why Bette kept this a secret. Like she said, she wanted Tina to love her as Bette. Some people can’t see beyond a title, fame or wealth. I think Tina would’ve been star struck at first but she wouldn’t have cared if Bette was dirt poor. She would’ve loved her regardless. Plus, it’s not easy to believe a piece of news like, “Oh by the way I’m next in line to run my country. Can we have sex now?”
And miracles do happen…Yeh, thank you…and I agree with Succ1…no end in sight…I’m buckled and lov’n it!!!!

Egypt hey :o)…….I can understand why Bette kept this a secret from Tina but what is going to happen now. Is Bette going to ask Tina to forgive her and will she…..hmmm you sure leave us with a gap. Post soon

Wow, this story is still very intriquing. Bette as a Queen. Tina is as mad as a hornet’s nest, but I can understand Bette wanting Tina to love her for her and not the position. Does this mean that on the next flight to Bette’s country that we will find one Tina Kennard-Porter and a very handsome Kyle Kennard-Porter? Now that would piss off one mommy dearest. Yes you did great but now you have to post again. I do miss the dark/light angles hanging around though.
