Tina: John David?  These rules apply to you too. We are responsible for you just as we are responsible for Daniel and today, we are your parents.

John David:  Yes Ma’am. I promise that I won’t wander off. Mom already warned me about that.

Bette and Tina cleaned up the kitchen and got a bottle of water and headed for Disneyland with Daniel and John David right with them. They arrived shortly after 9:00 am the parked the car and then walk to where the tram would take them to the ticketing booths and then they would walk to the entrance. Daniel was excited to see buildings and got out his phone and took a couple of pictures. Tina stayed with the boys while Bette went and purchased their tickets. Then they were off to see and do what they could do.

John David began to lead the group which actually pleased Bette. At least they would be headed to things which interested boys their age and they could skip those things which are intended for younger children. They walk through Main Street and looked at several of the exhibits rather hurriedly as John David wanted to go the more adventurous things. The first stop was Tomorrowland. In Tomorrowland, John David and Daniel wanted to do the Space Mountain first since it was early and that would be a popular place to go. So, they walked directly to building and got into the line. They were put in a space cart and then speeded off into space. Bette and Tina had no clue as to what to expect. It was basically an indoor rollercoaster with lights which simulated blast off and then rocketing through the stars and after about ten minutes of speed around corners and ups and downs came in for a landing. Bette was a little shaken from the ride, but Tina had absolutely loved it. And the boys were absolutely thrilled. Their group had hit the ride just right as it almost walked directly on without any wait.

Bette:  You could have warned me what I could expect. Okay, so now we have done Space Mountain.

Daniel:  Wasn’t that a cool ride?

Tina:  Yes, it was, now what next?

John David:  Let’s do Finding Nemo Submarine ride. It’s a whole lot calmer.
