Tina: Amen to that.

Bette:  And put a Murphy bed in the sitting room. Is that okay with you Tina?

Tina: Yes, that’s fine. What about our study?

Bette:  Only if we have locks on all our cabinets, computers and drawers. I do not want some child rummaging through my stuff.

Jim:  That we can do.

Tina: I like the idea.  Someday we may have a house full of grandchildren and we may need an extra bed.

Bette:  I’m not ready to be a grandmother yet.

Tina:  Neither am I.  But we really won’t have a say in that, will we?

Bette:  Don’t remind me.

Jim: Now, I would like to place a thought in your mind. I think that you should consider converting the powder room at the end of the front hall into a full bath with a small closet.  The conversion would need to take some of the space in the hall and some space from the corner of the study.  That way, you would have another guest room in your study with its own bath and storage. I think this is something that you should consider at some future point.

Bette:  At this point, we are not going to have any construction projects.  But having a bathroom accessible to our study might be a good idea. Let’s get through all of this and get settled in before we start a remodel project.

Jim: Okay, two Murphy’s. Do you like the style at the studio?

Tina:  Yeah, and it sleeps well. Of course, something that matches the study’s furniture.  I love that one at the studio. Put that in the cabana for sure.

Jim:  And am I replacing all the linens and covers in all the bedrooms?

Bette: Yes. We will send all the old to charity.

Tina: Let’s see if Angie needs hers replaced by the end of the year.

Bette:  I think we can afford to get her some new linens for next year. We just need a decision from that girl.

Tina:  Jim, we are going to need some help finding someone to help with our housekeeping and with the yard maintenance and the pool maintenance. If you could get us some suggestions, we will start the search process next week.
