Shane:  I see.  Wow! So, you guys just got an extra dose of those hormones?

Bette:  Probably.  Dr. Wilson said we were the first set of patients she has had with such an increase in sex drive. And she has been practicing medicine for about 35 or 40 years. We went through a complete physical and they took blood samples, so if there are problems, Dr Wilson will let us know and we will address the problems then.

Shane:  Oh my god. The first in 40 years? That is rare. Damn, I was hoping for something like that happening to me and Bobbie.

Tina:  Shane, it might happen for you.  Who knows? Just don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t.

Shane:  So how long do you think this will last? 

Bette:  Well, we are into our second month of this, perhaps a couple more months maybe more. Dr. Wilson says she thinks we will be slowing down to a more normal level by Thanksgiving. If it last that long, it will be six months. In the meantime, we certainly are creating a lot of nice memories.

Tina:  Yes, some very nice memories.

Shane:  Oh, god, you guys are killing me.  Well, I’m happy for you and very envious.

Bette:  Oh, Shane, I am going to have an interview for a job next Monday at UCLA.  And Daniel is going in for an interview for a school on Tuesday. Tina and Angie will be in New York, maybe Daniel and I can get together with you and Bobbie for dinner?

Shane:  Yeah?  Why don’t you and Dan come over to the house on Monday afternoon.  Bring your swimsuits, swim and have dinner with us.  Jordan and Shay would love to see Dan again.

Bette:  That sounds great.  But it will have to be an early evening.  Daniel will be taking test the next day and he will need a good night’s rest so he’ll be ready.

Shane:  Well, maybe some swimming will tire him out so he will sleep soundly.  Bobbie and I will make it a short day, so why don’t you come over about 3:00 or 3:30. We will have an early dinner and you can be home by 8:00 or 9:00.

Bette:  Sounds wonderful.  How about emailing me your address so I can find you guys and arrive on time.
