”Are you kidding?” Nadia looked at the other blonde incredulously, ”They’re the hottest band in West Hollywood. We used to watch them play all the time back in high school. Little Miss Thing over here has a thing for their bass player”

She jerked a thumb at the brunette who looked at her with a dropped jaw, earning a slap on the arm right after.

Tina laughed, ”You mean Shane?”

”Yeah and I do not have a thing for her” Carmen crossed her arms over her chest defensively, her eyebrow raised in challenge.

Nadia turned to face her best friend, ”Do too. You even threw your bra at her on stage that one time”

Carmen’s jaw dropped as she stared at her friend in disbelief, ”That was you!”

Nadia pursed her lips as she shook her head, ”I was the one who tried to get it back after you realized that people could see your nipples through your shirt”

Carmen was silent for a moment as realization of the truth sunk in. She ran her tongue along her molars, ”Oh yeah”

Tina couldn’t help but laugh at her friends, covering her eyes as she shook her head.

Carmen was quick to jump into the next subject, not feeling the best after having Nadia get one over on her. ”So are you a fan of the band too?”

”One of the first” Tina’s lips twitched in a smile. She tried not to laugh again, ”My sister started the band back when they were in high school”

”Who’s your sister?!” Carmen and Nadia asked in unison

”Alice” Tina smirked.

”Alice?!” Again in unison.

”Is there an echo in here?” Tina chuckled, ”Yeah, Alice is my big sister”

”Shut up!” Carmen shook her head with a smile as she playfully slapped Tina’s arm, ”How could we not have known this?”

Tina shrugged a shoulder with a smile of her own, ”It never came up in conversation”

”Right, well you withhold precious information like that again and we’re gonna have problems” Carmen teased.

Tina help up her hand with a smile, ”Won’t happen again, swear”

”Okay, let’s go!” Nadia pushed Carmen towards the door before ushering Tina back into the bedroom to finish getting ready. ”Carm, go get ready!”

”Going!” The Latina shouted back as she walked out of the dorm to her own down the hall, her panicked voice echoing in the hallway. ”What am I gonna wear?!”
