    She knew that prior to getting back together Tina would spend Saturday’s getting pampered with spa and salon treatments which included massages. As much as they did have their massage in Monterey and they gave each other massages at the cabin Bette still wanted Tina to feel good about taking time for herself. On Thursday

    She knew that prior to getting back together Tina would spend Saturday’s getting pampered with spa and salon treatments which included massages. As much as they did have their massage in Monterey and they gave each other massages at the cabin Bette still wanted Tina to feel good about taking time for herself. On Thursday night Bette presented Tina with gift certificates for full spa treatments including; massage, pedicure, manicure, and facial. She made the Saturday morning appointment and insisted that Tina keep it.

    After her morning workout with the trainer, and walking Riley Bette showered and dressed. Tina had to leave before Bette got out of the shower to make her appointment. Bette decided to prepare another one of her favorite Saturday morning breakfast treats for Angie. This time it was sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast pizzas. It had to bake for 30 to 40 minutes so she put it in the oven then went to wake Angie. By the time she got Angie bathed and dressed the food would be ready.

    Tina wouldn’t be home for several hours so after finishing their household chores including bathing Riley, Bette and Angie decided to work on the jigsaw puzzle that they’d started several weeks ago. They were assembling it on the coffee table in the living room so they sat on the floor and worked to fit the pieces. That’s where Tina found them when she returned home. They both looked up at her from the floor and smiled. She looked radiant and relaxed. Tina was so grateful to Bette for insisting that she go to the spa that morning. She kissed both her favorite girls then went into the kitchen to get something to eat.

    “Hey have you guys eaten? Do you want lunch?”

    “Yeah I’m hungry. How about you Angie? We were so engrossed in the puzzle we forgot to eat lunch but we had a big breakfast.”

    Bette got up and joined Tina in the kitchen while Angie continued with the puzzle.

    “Oh yeah; what did you make this time?”

    “Momma made sausage, egg and cheese pizza Mommy. It was so good!!”

    “Sounds good. I’m sorry I missed out on that. All I had was coffee, fruit and yogurt.”

    4. You would have to throw the monkey wrench into the mix, didn’t you. I have faith that Bette has learned her lesson and if Candace tries anything, Tina will be the first to know.
      Then they’ll team up to slap her down!

    6. Am I right that it was Tina who did the cheating on Bette with Helena? Please do not let Bette get caried away. I hope she’ll put Candace in her place and tell her she’s a married woman!

    7. GM! Thanks for this post! Sorry, I didn’t make the post last night cause my body shut down on me about 9 or so. Plus it was storming here and that helped put me to sleep! I just can’t do Candance!! Pray everyone have a great day. I woke 40 minutes before the alarm had to pee. PPS

    10. Come on TEAM Porter show a little faith in our girl. LadySovjet yes you are correct. In this story Tina cheated with Helena; Bette never cheated and she’s not about to start now. Do you all really think that she would jeopardize her new relationship with Tina- the love of her life, the mother of her child, the woman she’s waited 8 long years to reconcile with? If you think there is a chance Bette would cheat with Candace then I’m not doing a good job of establishing her character :-).

      I threw Candace in the story for fun, and she will be around for a while so just stay tuned. Thanks as always for those who read and choose to comment. I appreciate the silent readers too.
